Shipping and payment conditions

What payment options do I have?

We offer the following payment methods in our online shop:

•     The invoice
•     Payment in advance
•     Credit card (via Paypal)
•     Direct debit (via Paypal)
•     Paypal

We ask for your understanding that delivery on account is reserved for existing customers and is therefore not initially available to new customers.

What is the payment term in your online shop?

As long as no other agreement has been made with us, the goods will be delivered against advance payment (Paypal, credit card, direct debit). Please pay our invoices immediately, but at the latest within the payment deadline stated on the invoice. A discount can only be granted after express agreement with us.

How do I choose payment options?

The payment options are offered to you when you select “proceed to checkout” in the shopping cart.
The shipping costs are also displayed there depending on the delivery country.

What are the delivery times?

Sample orders are delivered within a week. The standard delivery time is 3-4 weeks. We will inform you of the exact delivery date for your ordered goods in the order confirmation. Further information about deliveries/delivery times can be found in our FAQ

Which shipping service will the goods be delivered via?

The shipping method depends on the goods and quantity ordered. When it comes to parcels, we mainly ship with DHL and UPS. For higher delivery volumes, we deliver via food delivery company. 

Are on-time deliveries possible?

In principle, on-time deliveries are possible. You can specify fixed dates during the ordering process, but these are always subject to change and may need to be agreed with us and - depending on the carrier - may incur additional costs for express shipping.

Are express deliveries possible?

We also deliver express for an additional charge.

How much are the postage costs?

Flat rate shipping fee within Germany up to a total weight of 15 kg: EUR 17.00 net. Each additional 15 kg: EUR 17.00 up to a maximum of EUR 125.00 net per shipping company.

Flat rate shipping fee within the EU up to a total weight of 15 kg: EUR 45.00 net. Each additional 15 kg, EUR 45.00 up to a maximum of EUR 150.00 per shipping company.

Flat rate shipping fee to EFTA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) up to a total weight of 15 kg: EUR 55.00 net. Each additional 15 kg, EUR 55.00 up to a maximum of EUR 150.00 per shipping company.

Are the postage costs already included in the order?

The shipping costs are stated and calculated in your shopping cart during the ordering process. Instead of paying shipping costs, you can alternatively choose individual shipping to your customers

How do the goods get to me?

The goods will be sent via parcel service or food delivery company to the delivery address you provided. The shipping method depends on the quantity ordered. When it comes to parcels, we mainly ship with UPS and DHL. For higher delivery volumes and fragile goods (e.g. wine bottles), we only deliver via freight forwarding.
